Yes — the part that matters most is enforced automatically. The bot can only place and cancel lending offers; any API key with withdraw or trading permission is rejected before it's ever saved.

No. Hahalend never holds your funds. They stay in your own Bitfinex account the whole time — the bot only submits and cancels lending offers there on your behalf.

Even then, the stolen keys still can't withdraw or trade — Bitfinex blocks those actions no matter who holds the key. An attacker could see balances or place and cancel offers, but could never move your funds out.
