You can request a full refund within 7 days of completing payment. Refunds are returned in the original currency (USDT) to the wallet address you originally sent payment from, minus on-chain network fees and payment-processing costs; the actual refund amount is your payment amount minus those fees.
Refund requests are not accepted after 7 days from payment. This service includes a 14-day free trial — please use it to fully evaluate whether the features fit your needs before subscribing.
To request a refund, email our support address at [email protected] with the transaction ID (TxID) from your payment and the email address on your account, so we can verify and process your request quickly.
We complete review and processing within 7–14 business days of receiving your request, and refunds are returned using the original payment method.
This service accepts payment in cryptocurrency (USDT), completed on-chain. This site never handles fiat currency and never stores any bank card information.
